The company AUTOGAS-CENTERUM, spol. s r.o., 49018892, headquartered in Strakonice, Heydukova 1269 (hereinafter the AGC has with the insurance company Kooperativa as agreed in general liability insurance for damage caused to the vehicle when it is parked in our society for the purpose of activities related to LPG or CNG and for damage to a vehicle caused by defective product (part) LPG or CNG kits. the benefit of this insurance can be transferred to our customers and the insurance customer nepřiplácí nothing.

Insurance does not cover damages caused by incorrect operation, improper handling, poor drive using LPG vehicle accident.

The insurance also does not cover vehicles which have not been complied with instructions for operation and maintenance of LPG equipment or not complied breakdown service inspections according to the service books given to the customer after installation. Made service inspections are always recorded in the service book. Service inspections will be carried out exclusively by AGC or after prior consultation at our network of authorized service centers.

In the case of a service check elsewhere insurance expires.

A loss event the customer is obliged to notify the Company without undue delay AGC. AGC after examining the causes (causality with alternative drive systems), provide cooperation and assistance in the assessment of defects and determine how to repair. In controversial cases, the damage caused by a defect in the product will be decisive opinion device manufacturer.

Dispose worker - as liquidator of the company KOOPERATIVA standard deadlines set by law.

Customer will provide AGC cooperation in submitting the necessary documents for the claim settlement:

• Copy large TP
• Vehicle registration number
• The place where the vehicle is located
• Photographic documentation of damaged parts
• Date of delivery vehicles in service
• Optionally, additional documents requested by the insurance company
